I've been bad about updates, and I need to finish my meme answers. It just hasn't been in me to write much this week. Not that I'm not doing much, I am, but I just feel exhausted. I finished Onion Girl and I'm not quite sure if I like the ending or not. I started reading a new sci-fi anthology, Forbidden Planets, that has some pretty good stories. The first one creeped me out. I'm running low on coffee beans, I need to visit my mother to pick up some books, and I made an eye exam appointment for the end of June.

Eyes, there is something. I've always been a bit squeamish about the eyes. But I think lately it has much more to do with not wanting to see other people touch their own eyes. I'm going to get contacts this go around. I've been wearing glasses for more than ten years. I'm tired of it, but not quite ready to let someone laser my eyes. My glasses are cute, and I like them. But I just want to be able to wear sunglasses, to not worry about them sliding off, to take a nap and be able to see the clock when I open my eyes. I really want those sunglasses.

Other than that, it goes slowly.
