keep me safe Mulder

Kirby brought me some stones today. There is a little piece of jet, some black tourmaline and lozulite. They are all the sort of stone to chase away the bad mojo, so it was a super thoughtful gift. I took my Mulder action figure and have him carrying the little bag. I figure Mulder and the stones make a good line of defense.

My dentist appointment went well yesterday. They are good about always putting you with the same people, so you develop a comfort level. No new cavities, and they put strawberry flavored flouride foam on my teeth. It was such an intense relief to have that done without any pain. The massage therapist there commented on the massive tension in my forearms and recommended ice to reduce any inflammation.
