I saw Pan's Labyrinth tonight with Mike, and cried like it was my own child. Gods above, that movie is beautiful and sad. I intend to write about this more later when it isn't three in the morning and I'm wandering around like a drunken roomba bopping off the walls. Seriously, I was tired twenty minutes ago and now I'm wide awake.

You all suck for not telling me about 300. Oh. Man. Oh. Oh. I so can't wait to see this.

I am so going to The Moulin Rouge Singalong at the downtown drafthouse.

Who is going with me to The 80's Power Ballad Singalong? Come on! This will be awesome beyond words. AWESOME. I know I remember all the words to "November Rain."

I went to bed only four hours ago. It seems ridiculous to be awake again. No more early morning doctor appointments, ever again.

The redeeming quality about being up early in the morning is the color of the sunlight as it melts the clouds into small, fluffy pieces. It is a beautiful day out there, with a temperature that is almost spring like. Radiomancy served me well, playing "Fine Again" by Seether on the way to my doctor's appointment. <On the drive home, the stero gave me some Oakenfold so I stomped on the gas pedal and flew down the hill. They replaced all their floors with a pretty pergo-style deal and it looks nice in there. Yay for no blood tests. My heart rate and my blood pressure were much lower than they have been. My doctor attributes this to not smoking. I attribute it to not being so worried I am actively dying of some horrible liver disease. When the pharmacy says twenty minutes, they really mean forty. Ack. Also, the annoying neighbor with the new BMW convertible put bumper stickers on it, on the paint. Seriously, how can you own a car like that and put bumper stickers on it?

Today I had lunch with Brett, who was in town overnight and going back today. Apparently his transmission is fubar, so he was riding along with a bunch of friends. It was good, and I was terribly glad to see him. He needs to move back to Austin right now. We talked about a billion things and skated over the serious ones, and there just wasn't enough time.

I have a headache. (this I blame on the nap I took.)
