1: I can't stand singing commercials

Lately it seems like the commercials for everything full of terrible, terrible singing. I'm not sure if these people would qualify as "professional" or if they wrote the songs or do anything other than read the words ineptly off the page. The songs themselves are terrible. I know writing a commercial jingle isn't always going to net you the best thing ever. I know that you're probably aiming for catchy, the sort of thing that might stick in someone's memory and burble along under the surface. But these have been so bad I had to check to make sure I wasn't watching some Adult Swim parody piece.

During the day while I work I often put on Law & Order or some other familiar piece of television to provide background noise. This is how I end up enduring these awful commercial songs. I don't pay enough attention to remember to fast forward even if I'm watching something on the DVR.

I ordered some bras and they don't fit. Not in a million years fit. Ugh. I am not bothered so much by the going up a band size but the going up a cup size just means these damned breasts are in the way that much more. I sort of hate them at this moment.

My printed year of Livejournal posts has shipped. I am looking forward to it. I also ordered a couple of chocolate bars from Chocri. I'm looking forward to them. One is for Mike, which should be easy to tell. I ordered:

Super Dream - White Chocolate with Sour Cherries, Orange Chocolate Drops, Coconut Shavings and Orange
Banana Banana Bar - Milk Chocolate with Banana Chips, Roasted Peanuts, Organic Cane Sugar, Mini Bananas and Rice Crispies

The calico neighborhood cat aggressively leaped at the windows this morning and afternoon. It actually woke me up because Jasmine was yowling at terrific volume. Poor angry little cat. She doesn't like to share and apparently that includes the view outside.
