I made the most delicious tuna sandwich today. Dijon mustard mixed with four heaping spoons of relish, three anchovy fillets, and four ounces of tuna. Then some sheets of dried seaweed to keep the toast from getting soggy. The saltiness of the anchovy balances the astringent mustard.

My arm is healing up slowly. I'll have quit a livid scar from it. I went back to the gym today and did not start spontaneously bleeding, so that's good. I lifted many heavy things. I ran a couple miles.

Dare I say this summer has been... temperate? I'm afraid that naming the phenomena means it will end. The weather is actually pretty bearable.
