hurrah Captain Moonlight

Congratulations to Marc, who is now a third level Lovecraftian scholar. His article, "The Devil, The Terror, and the Horror: The Whateley Twins' Further Debts to Folklore and Fiction" will be published in the 2002 edition of Lovecraft Studies Annual. His article deals with the influence of Continental images of Satan and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Terror of Blue John Gap" on Lovecraft's "The Dunwich Horror." And to think, some people don't think a good working knowledge of fifteenth century demonology is worthwhile.

I want to thank you for yr support over this strange "stealing" issue. It's very complex but I certainly did not steal anything - there are such things as coincidence and reading something and walking away with certain words or phrases in yr mind that stick and are reproduced later without you even being aware that it's secondary and from a source. I've offered to edit the entry for the girl in question (Helena), so hopefully this bizarre fiasco will be sorted out!
Thanyou once again, for having faith during this victimization, of sorts.
Yr lovely. Hope yr okay.

xo

I was quite puzzled by those comments. I've never read Helena's zine, so I had no idea what they were talking about. But I understand how things get in your head, words you remember from something you've read that come back at random times. Certainly an honest mistake. I do get annoyed by people who assume that only one person could ever express themselves on a subject and everyone else "must be stealing." Sheesh. I hope it blows by. The weird behaviour of people online.. ;)
dancing to wonderful 80s club music in my living room, wishing you a lovely evening. :)
