threeplusfireA few hours of restless, half sleep. The dreams, again. Vivid vignettes, nightmare flashes. Too much on my mind to relax, to calm down.
It does not help that Melynda turns off the air conditioning in the middle of the night. I can't sleep in 80 degrees and humidity anyways.
So many things to do today. I've been up for an hour already. It's not looking like a fun day.
