My favorite was, unsurprisingly, Cat-Ra (or something like that), who was evil and had black hair and green eyes. My first real argument about gender politics was while playing with those toys- a girl friend of mine wanted to be BattleCat, and the boy we were playing with said she couldn't because BattleCat was a boy. So we beat the crap out of him and she played BattleCat ;)
