This is a good song, whoever this is. I think it is a British band, but that is just a guess because of the guitars and the production.

Oh sure, that's one of Peter Hook's (of New Order) failed side projects. Monaco only made one album, and that was one of the two songs I liked on it. They sound remarkably like New Order, which pissed off Bernard Sumner something awful. ;) I'm sure he's happy they failed.
