What a day. A relief in so many ways.

So, work this morning. They have an adorable Russian Blue that is so friendly. I carried him around on my shoulder while I was working, and he purred away. Today I packed lots of sacks of corks, and helped put together beer making kits. Lots of grains and grinding and hops and yeast and such. A lot of the work involves packing up orders from all over the country. This is where I work now, St. Patrick's of Texas.

The ever wonderful Cate is coming to town tomorrow for lunch, and then I'm going out to the Little House to relax this weekend. I can't wait. She has the most beautiful home, with a garden and a hottub. Delight.

Yay! And funny, Little House seems to perfectly suit this place of mine. So it shall be dubbed, and by a tsarina, no less! I can't wait 'til tomorrow, we are going to have fun! I want to color my hair tomorrow night and paint my toenails. Brownies and girlie stuff. Heaven! : )

mmm brownies...

I can bring my tiara over and formally dub it if you like. :D I can't wait. Must fight temptation to make my hair blue.

Does the cat speak Russian? Would that not be surreal?

You know, I'm going to speak to it in Russian and Czech. Maybe that's why it liked me so much. I walked in and said "Koshka!"

I got some extra blue dye around... not sure if it'd be enough to cover you, but enough for a streak or two at least...

My grandparents had a cat that only understood Ukrainian and Russian. It was pretty funny.

Shades of Bulgakov. If only you could train it to use mass transit.
