There is something so nice about coming home to a place that smells faintly of fresh bread. Mmm. I won a fantastic round of mah-johngg this evening in Metro. I just want to play so much mah-johngg. I bought sour gummi worms and new incense, walked around the grocery store for a little while. Now I have to sleep.

i was going to ask you how you managed to play mah-johngg in the metro, but then i remembered that austin doesn't have a metro. i am very confused.

Now that would be a neat trick. I wish I lived somewhere with a good public transportation system.

Metro is the name of a wonderful coffee place near the University. Warhol will grump and remind us all that it's real name is Insomnia. ;) Since it's open all the time, we gather there between classes and in the middle of the night to play mah-johngg and chess. It's a nice place. Very old style industrial, with all that metal and glass furniture that is never quite comfortable. Good coffee too.
