Leave the tuxedo or the prom dress at home. If you're driving a fancy
car, perhaps you should park it in the garage and take the bus to
your next appointment. The stars are imploring you to abandon any
ostentatious impulses for the humblest and most unassuming ways. If
you try to take someone or something by storm, you will only end up
looking like a fool. Right now you need to be absolutely honest,
straightforward and down-to-earth. It's time to discover what you're
all about.
I am content. Sitting here, watching Young Frankenstein. (Or I will be, once the 25th anniversary special is over. Gene Wilder is so cool, as is Mel Brooks.) But I'm clean and ensconced on the couch with a pillow and blanket, and Gene's out smoking on the porch. The only thing that could possibly make this better would be having something to munch on while I read my book. Had many good conversations, both LumosNox and related to the waking world. Tomorrow, I think I have a date. Can I call it a date? Do we still say that? Hmm. Anyways, tomorrow I'm going to clean, and then do something fun. It will involve hair ruffling.
