Around 4am, I turned out the lights and curled up on the couch. Sam had passed out earlier. He mentioned that in the past two days he'd slept less than an hour in the madness of end of semester and graduation preparations. Since he was laying on both the pillow and the blankets I used him as a pillow and heater.

I myself have been sleeping less and less, just waiting tired and restless. The nightmares were intense last night. A dinner, in a house that was a castle, with so many people and a girl dying inch by inch of something unstoppable, and running from the room in tears to collapse in Gene's arms. It was a sad and stressful dream, with stone walls and balconies and shades of green and gold.

Lunch with Geoff, and some catching up this afternoon. Taco salad and movie discussion. I'm attempting to talk him into reading Harry Potter, and he is trying to decide between a Masters in Art, or Physics.

Chilled grey skies, like marshmallow, and it will be cold tonight at the party. Must dig out the sweater, and wear my furry hat.

Heh. Interdimensional cross-overs there. Would you believe I have another friend named Geoff, that I've known for about eight years? And the host boy at the restaruant was named Geoff too? It's been a very Geoff day so far.

Isn't there anyone who can resist the cult of Harry Potter? I've never read any of those books,or seen the movies. And I refuse to.And it makes me a better person.

This has nothing to do with anything,but..I like the anime version of you!!! And Sandman is the best.Do you know about the spinoffs?-there were a lot. There were two that I really liked-1.A Thessaly miniseries,(4 issues) which has practically nothing to do with Sandman, but was VERY funny & very well drawn.Also-Lucifer.It's up to the 32nd issue-it's about Lucifer from the "Season Of MIsts" story in Sandman-he has his own book.Fantastic writing, fantastic art.

Thank ye, thank ye. You and the Bills have provided me with many an amusing daydream.

There are a good many people out and about who haven't read it, or don't care for it overly much. I'm not sure how refusing to have anything to do with it makes you a better person. If that's what you want, then okay.

It's pretty spiffy, and was drawn by this kind fellow here. He also did the black and white drawing icon.

I loved the Sandman madly, though it has been some time since I've been able to afford my comic book addiction. I really enjoy the Lucifer spinoff, it is my favorite. He's a great character.

Oh, I totally WORSHIP Lucifer! ...okay, not literally...

But I adore the Vertigo version of him. It's one of only maybe three comic titles that I absolutely HAVE to pick up every month.

In fact, I've been thinking a lot lately about how very much he has in common with another posh blond guy with a Machiavellian attitude that I know of...a meeting between the two characters would be interesting to watch, to say the least. :)

Neat. Maybe I'll get some Christmas money I can use for them. Thanks.

Heh. I'm not the meeting of those two blonde menaces would leave anything intact. They would either get along well, or destroy everything. ;)
