threeplusfireI just got email from my professor's oldest son Christopher, asking me to bring my laptop along on Saturday when I visit them. So we can play Heroes 4 on their computer, and Heroes 3 on mine at the same time. Heh. I love those kids. They're hysterical.
We've watched the entire trilogy back to back. Luke is defying the Emperor as I type, and the music in this part is so much more creepy than I remembered. It's beautiful. I love Vader's choice in the end, that even the darkest hearts can be turned to another path. Because I don't really believe in good and evil as absolutes, but in shades of grey and things that could have been.
Thomas is stopping by with a bottle of gin, and we are going to have a drink to celebrate my upcoming employment. I've talked to HR three times since I was hired, and it is so much like a real job I've forgotten it. Wait. It is a real job. Hah!
