threeplusfireLast night I did a lot of work scaling things from one map to another, which was much easier than I anticipated and the only thing I was truly fretful about picking up. I was only frustrated a couple of times.
Linda, the analyst who I work with on the floor, is fantastic. She reminds me a lot of Suzanne. Very friendly, very funny, and with a lot of Yum Pop tshirts. She explains things very well.
It's dreadfully cold. I don't think it will really snow, but if it rains again there will probably be ice.
Gas went up ten cents after Powell's speech the other day, and a bit more this afternoon. It depresses me beyond words.
I'm dreaming a lot, and I think it has to do with the cold. Last night it was this long epic about the Nile river, with lots of death and madness, and my classics professor Morgan.
No word from my sister.
But in happier news, a sweet person paid for my RP account, so if I feel the need I can post a bazillion times a day, have more icons and do fancy HTML things to that journal. I am amused. I'll make icons this weekend.
