I will never sleep again

I tried at some point to close my eyes and drift off, but the light hampered me and the neighbors rattling around upstairs, and my own thoughts...

At some point I did drift off because I just had my first offical nightmare about the wedding. I feel like a cat that's just been chased up a tree, and certainly not any more rested.

I had my first money dream last night. I never dream about money but I dreamt I found $400 which wasn't actually there when I woke up. One hell of a bummer.

There have been stretches where I often had money dreams. At one point I was having them so often that in a money dream, I would remember my last money dream, realize that I was having another, and resolve not to wake up until I could figure out how to keep the money.

I find that when I'm really tired, I end up falling asleep on the couch whether I want to or not. When I'm trying to sleep in bed, level of exhaustion can't compete with noise or thoughts running through my head. But if I lay down on the couch and turn the TV on, I'll be alseep in 10 or 15 minutes. I think the noise from the TV is distraction enough to keep me preoccupied from the thoughts that would keep me awake and worrying. Maybe you could try that?

I'm going to have to try that next time...
