threeplusfireLunch at Dog & Duck, Half Price for copies of The Sound & The Fury because we told Krista we would read it and explain anything she didn't understand, cards and good music at Metro, and much conversation. Driving home with the stereo up and singing along to punk rock drinking songs, Frank Black and Russian pop.
It was a fantastic time. Well, except for the part where Melynda shrieked because there was a convulsing mouse rolling around on our kitchen floor and another one struggling in the trap. I called Alan to whine about the mice, and had to break their poor necks. I felt really bad, but who knows how long they had been there. Better to be quick about it.
I think since everything on television is terrible I'm going to clean the living room up some. Must come up with a bribe to get Rachel to make me a mix cd. Hmmm.
