don't send me anything UPS

I hate UPS. I hate them.

We never recieved our packages last week, because UPS wouldn't come before 5pm. So we put a hold on the two packages, and I went to pick them up at the package center which is hidden on a nameless, signless road south of us. I spent thirty damned minutes waiting, as there were only two employees actually helping the line of a dozen customers. Competant Employee was tied up helping this belligerent Hispanic fellow who kept insisting he had more packages, walking into the employee area and saying, "Did you look there? Did you look there?" Incompetant Employee took my ticket, and after she found my packages I had to spend a good twenty minutes staring at them while she tried to work the touch pad where you sign packages in and out. I could not grab my packages and go, oh no. I had to wait.

Turns out when I get home, damned UPS delivered while I was out! What the fuck?

At least I have all the packages now. But oh they are getting a lengthy and irate letter in their customer service box soon. We hates them precious, yes we do.

Federal Express is even worse. I nearly popped a blood vessel. Anytime I can, I always go with the Post Office-- they never let me down.
