you don't need a yoga mat. i have a rug so we can do yoga on blankets on the rug. you don't need socks either unless of course you just want them because new socks are nice. before we do it i need to borrow the play pen from my neighbor because julia wants to be in the middle of it and that makes things difficult since we are to do it with our eyes closed and focused on our third eye. (this is good for people who are nervous about being seen in workout clothes)
it is also quite hard and you might cry. kundalini is emotional, but it is good because crying cleanses your body of impurities. you might also laugh for no reason. i love it when this happens. i hope you like it. i always feel great afterward.
