Working out tonight has made me feel a bit more settled in my skin. I think I will start going after work, because it is so close to the office. Tonight I pushed myself harder and despite not being able to find my swim suit it was a good thing.

There are so many things I want to do with my days, and going to the office just isn't one of them.

Tonight I will make delicious, tasty muffins!
