Alan fell asleep on the couch, and I have not the heart to wake him. He slept so poorly all weekend that it seems a shame to try and move him. I know he likes the couch, and it's certainly conformed to his shape over the years. When we replace sad couch, I'll probably feel a pang of guilt.

So I just covered him with our blue blanket and watched him sleep for a little while.
