Currently reading: Anxiety Disorders and Phobias: A Cognitive Perspective by Beck & Emery. So far, very interesting.

Currently waiting: for my hair to dry.

Currently wishing: that we had the money to frivolously spend on elaborate costumes, and that I had any idea what I want to do about Meier

Currently wondering: why my cat is making such weird, weird noises.

Current half baked fantasy: that my upstairs neighbors will all disappear and never come back.

That book looks very intense, but the subject I know a lot about.

I picked it up because it's a very clinical tome on the subject. I'm much more comfortable reading that than some fluffy self help book on the subject. That, and I like text books. I'm hoping it will help
