weird

I craved a giant burrito, so we went to Freebirds this evening. I had one of those shock of recognition moments and hid behind Alan while we waited in the very long line.

I can't remember her name. But she hasn't changed a single bit in five years. Still the same blonde hair in the same shoulder length arrangement, the same bright pink shirt and blue jeans and red painted toenails. The only difference was the husband at her side, an odd man shorter than myself and with a premature bald spot. I wondered about that, because he wasn't at all the type of guy I knew her to date or even speak to outside of the advertising department. But the rock on her finger and the wedding band encrusted with diamond barnacles made it abundantly clear to me what she was doing.

It was a little weird to see, especially as she must be twenty five and looks nineteen.

edit Oh my, they are showing the episode of South Park involving the Lord of the Rings and Back Door Sluts 9. Bwahahahahahah. This is the best episode ever. Ever.

Freebirds is the worst place on earth for that.

I walked in one day only to see my one night stand working behind the counter. ><

Oh man, now that must be weird. Why is Freebirds cursed?

Well I can not say that I have run into an X or anything as such in Freebirds but I did see something similar to what you describe about someone who had not changed and definitely look like she was digging for the gold… the sad part was, she was someone that I had gone on one or two dates on back in high school. In my situation I wanted to hide because when I saw her I was on a date at the time, and could not remember her name either on the spot.

Guess that says she did not make much of an impression on me back then.
