Our neighbor in the apartment next door to us has a large blue sign in his window that reads "Shoplifters Will Be Prosecuted." I can't fathom why he has this up, except that perhaps he brought it home from work and thought it funny or part of an inside joke.

I have so much homework I haven't started yet. Partially because I have to go through a doctor's booklet with detailed diagrams of injuries. Looking at the pictures is what kills me.

Listening to it is not so bad, even with my hyperactive imagination. It's the pictures and diagrams in this damn training manual that are really getting to me. I spend a lot of time pretending I don't even have internal organs, so it's got the gruesome factor. Then, you realize how small these kids are and it's all downhill from there. I think I'm going to take a long shower.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It's the mechanics of it all applied to such tiny little bodies that just makes it so much more horrible.
