threeplusfireI went to bed early and woke up at what I thought was an early time. I hate Daylight Savings Time. It irritates me to lose that hour.
I did some cleaning round the house, and used up the last of my Christmas gift card on some new shirts. I saw this lovely, comfortable skirt that I wanted. But the damn thing was pink!! Ergh. Everything was flourescent pastel colors. Thank heavens I found a brown shirt.
Alan and I haven't gone to the movies in forever. We went to see Sin City this afternoon. It was the closest I've ever seen on the screen to a comic book structure, and I enjoyed the stories tied together. The city itself is the main character, more than any of the people. Visually, it was unlike any other film I've seen in some time. I love black white film, because it forces you to look at everything differently. I thought it was gorgeous.
I have dozens of imps to sort through. My BPAL horde is overwhelming me.
