Kevin and I chatted for an hour today. Sometimes you have to talk to the people who have known you the longest to get perspective on the issue.

I made mango lime basa fillets for dinner. They were tasty. I am more confident in my fish cooking skills.

I am so so so tired. And conflicted. I wonder where to go next.

Let's go to Prague!! I'm currently reading Snow in August by Pete Hamill and a rabbi character in it grew up in Prague and is explaining the history of it and describing all the streets, and the Vltava, St. Vitus Catherdral, and the Old Town Square. I miss it so.

Oh, I miss Prague! The trees, and the ice cream place off Old town Square, and the subways, and the river.

When I am done with the book I will send it to you. I almost started crying on the subway yesterday reading about the painters by the river and the clock with the apostles that go by every hour.

Have you ever read any Josef Skvorecky? His work is brilliant, and it is the Prague I love in there. Full of crazy writers and singers and jazz musicians.

Or Bohumil Hrabal's "I served the King of England." That is the most beautiful book on Prague.
