This is only my opinion, mind you, but as I see it, when you get married, you stand up in front of God and your friends and everybody and state your primary bond for all the world to hear. That's what marriage is, a primary life partnership with another person, and I'm not too sure how a person would have a problem with that concept, unless you're talking to a person who has a problem with the basic concept of marriage itself.
