I think the fried rice was poisoned. I have been sick all day. On the way home from my mother's house I chanted my don't throw up while driving mantra. It failed at home when I was delayed in my dash to the apartment by some guys carrying a mattress. I managed to vomit all over the porch, yay. Ugh. I'm feverish and miserable now, and my whole body aches.

sorry about the poisoned rice. food poisoning is one of the reasons that i started this fast. i just felt like i needed to get anything gross that was causing trouble out of my system. i hate food poisoning. the only thing worse is labor and that is because it feels like food poisoning for two hours.

stay warm and hydrated. i feel for you.

Oh, i just read your post. I am so sorry that you are feeling sick too! YUCK! What a miserable day yesterday was. Today is better, no fever and less intense cramping. I hope you are feeling much better too!
