I'm sure you already know about it, but Buffalo Exchange (if it's still there...things change before my eyes sometimes) is a great place to find used (gently worn) Docs. I usually meander over there in the summer when it's not quite so picked over by the trendy college crowd. Mainly, I just go for the toy store next door. : )
