Now I want Luby's chocolate icebox pie, and I have no idea if there are actually Luby'ses in Denver. Oh well; at least I have ice cream.
Eh, dating, whatever. At least that's my feeling on it at the moment (which I ranted about the other day; dating, that is, not feeling whatever). I'm probably not the only person who has or will say it, but I wouldn't sweat it at all. If you have cool folks to hang out with, that's good enough.
And look at it this way: Now you know. I went through three long-term serious relationships and no short-term ones before I figured out that I really shouldn't do it again and really didn't want to. I'm not dating right now at all, but if I decide to in the future I don't see a problem with going out with one person on Friday and a completly different one on Saturday; if they do, then they're probably not people I want to go out with a second time anyhow.
There are days when I'd rather talk to my characters than real people. Sometimes it seems like their lives are much more interesting than mine (at least I think they are), and it's fun to gossip about people who don't exist and therefore can't come up and slap me for it. :)
