Last night's dreams were unsettling and full of ghosts. I woke up in the early morning dark and tried to keep my eyes closed. It was not an auspicious start to any morning. Now I'm trying to make up for it with a long shower and Forsaking All Others, a queer old film with Joan Crawford and Clark Gable. It's a good movie actually.

Still breathing, better than before. If I laugh too much I start to cough. Chest still hurts a bit. Back to work today.
