At least no one has yelled today. The call volume is through the damned roof and I wish I knew why. Someone speculated that all the credit cards racked up during the holidays are coming due, making people insane. All this hurry up oh dear god there are fifty calls holding someone please pick up the phone why did it take thirty minutes to get through do something about this right now is getting a bit wearisome. I suppose that's contributing to my mood. I'm really upset about something that ultimately doesn't matter, and I need to just deal. But I'm hurt about the way it was handled, and it's really screwing me and unfair. Fuck, I just said unfair. Oh well. Learn to control your reactions, learn to read the minds of others and one day you'll grow up just like the Bene Gesserit.
