Since I've finally caught up with the world and have cd burning powers, I made myself a birthday playlist for driving around all afternoon. I want cds and cds of random music now. No one has made me a mix in years, but I once had an awesome mix tape from a boyfriend that was all songs about cops, guns and serial killers. No really, it was awesome.

Does anyone else find it funny that the man who sang "Cop Killer" now plays a cop on TV?

List! If this doesn't prove how random my music library is, I don't know what will.

Beautiful Day - U2
Hotel - Tori Amos
Love and Memories - O.A.R.
Candy - Iggy Pop and Kate Pierson
The Boys of Summer - Don Henley
Unconditional - the Bravery
Walking Away - Information Society
How Soon is Now? (cover) - TaTu
Cry for Love - Iggy Pop
You Owe Me Nothing in Return - Alanis Morissette
The World I Know - Collective Soul
Rattlesnakes - Tori Amos
Long Day - Matchbox Twenty
Rock is Dead - Marilyn Manson

Happy birthday, and I like your eclectic mix. I have a couple of mixes online that you might enjoy; there's Dark Matter (http://electricdog.tv/muziq/mixes/2005/darkmatter), and Disintegration (http://electricdog.tv/muziq/mixes/2005/disintegration). They're all designed to fit on an 80-minute CDR (two, in the case of Disintegration), though they're not actually properly mixed together right now, as I didn't have the software at the time. I'm working on a new one, too, with a completely different theme.

Very much so! I just re-discovered that TaTu cover the other day, and it's the jam.

Also, happy birthday! Even though we don't really know each other, I like reading your LJ. :)
