I'm vastly annoyed at the moment, partially because my eyes are number and dilated. Apparently the eye doctor didn't fracking pay attnetion to the paperwork I filled out where I noted I was there for a contact exam not glasses. So they dilated my eyes for tests and then said "oh you wanted glasses right?" Argh. So now i have to go back next week to actually do a fitting for my contacts. The damn doctor said "oh I wouldn't have dilated your eyes if I knew you wanted contacts." Like it doesn't say so a million times on my freaking paperwork. She was also very negative towards me about getting contacts because I was a little twitchy. Hello? I explained that I'm never comfortable in any doctor office, and that I have been working on overcoming my own twichy feelings about eyes. Just because I don't like other people poking my eyes doesn't mean I can't do my own. I've been practicing in my bathroom to get the hang of it. I think it is unfair for the doctor to be so damned dismissive because they don't want to take an extra fifteen fucking minutes with me. Am I just supposed to throw up my hands and say oh I'll never be able to do this? I wasn't able to get contacts when I was a kid because they didn't have them for people with astigmatism. Ugh. I am so so annoyed. So, next week maybe.

I hate seeing doctors. My eyes are still dilated so I can't even really read what I am typing here. Argh. So so so so so annoyed.

Man...it's not like a brief test that doesn't affect you for the rest of the god-damned day! And those glasses they give you to protect your eyes afterwards...puh lease! I cannot STAND the air puff test...I had one eye doctor a long time ago get very annoyed with me because I kept jerking back...sorry you bastard that my reflexes work well!
