Normally I don't sweat too much over callers who won't identify themselves. I'm more annoyed by people who are idiots. But today seems to be full of anonymous callers who have a moral problem with people more than any problem of abuse or neglect. It's frustrating. I also dealt with a big cock up where other programs can't keep their work straight and made me unnecessarily re-enter two cases. I've taken a lot of breaks today, mostly to keep from throwing things. My work computer also decided to spontaneously die twice as well. One time it cost me an almost complete case narrative. I've just decided today was not meant to be functional. I'm giving up on dealing with people, and switching to faxes and mailed reports. That should cut down on the insanity.
