if you can't say where

I don't think anything is more disheartening and frustrating that talking with ignorant, poorly educated people. I take that back. When they put their ignorant, poorly educated children on the phone to talk to me, that's worse. That call was not the way to start off the day.

The past couple days in the car, I'm filled with that desire to just keep driving in the mornings. The light, the shape of the clouds, Tom Petty on the radio... all of it makes me want to go away.

ALthough my job is nowhere near as important or stressful as yours, I feel the same way about coming to work...

I worry about you sometimes. As an (unlicensed) social worker myself, I spend most of my time dealing with the poorly educated and ignorant (some of whom work in the organization). It is very frustrating, and I find I must (a) have enormous reservoirs of patience and (b) do my utmost not to take the job home.

I'd like to know more about what you do.
