I've eaten twice my allotment of salt today no doubt, between the olives and the anchovies. I do not regret it however, as it was all delicious. The sweltering weather is surely to blame for my craving. I tried to sit at a coffee shop this morning when there were still clouds, but it was too sticky to concentrate. Not that I have been much more productive here. I've moved onto Black Powder War. I can't seem to slow myself down with these books. Every spare moment drifts back to Laurence and Temeraire.
