Going back to work after vacation is almost physically painful. Well, I am pained as it still feels like someone smacked me hard in the face, and not in a fun way. Damn you teeth, but bless my gentle dentist. (Seriously, if I'm going to hurt, I at least want to have some ambitious, wild, BDSM style sex to show for it. Yargh.)

This is the first day I've spent all eight hours at my new desk. I like it, even if I am working in an honest to god cube. It's brand new, it's clean, it's pretty nice for a cube. I've hung up my LOTR calendar, put up the plush Marshmallow Peeps and my Snape action figure on top of the monitor. I want to find some new things to bring in and hang up, some pictures or prints. What I want is a giant photo collage of doom. If any of you out there want to send me pictures of you (especially you!), pictures from your front porch, or random pictures of your hometown, I would encourage that. I know there's more than one person out there handy with a camera. Or send me postcards! Drop your email in the box, and I'll give you my mailing address.
