overdue update

threeplusfireYesterday was the big Krista/Bob party. I gave Krista a dragon figurine with a very shiny crystal in it, because she collects dragons and who doesn't need more dragons? For Bob I made lots of chocolate strawberry pie. He mentioned that the one thing he would really like for us to send would be DVDs, as apparently that is something very in demand. So I am going to make a list, and go shopping at some point.
It was good, the burgers and beer and cookie cake. I have a lot to say about so closely observing all the human interaction but now isn't the right time.
This morning I had brunch at the country club, all dressed up to eat crab cakes, bagels with lox, and chocolate covered strawberries with mimosas and coffee in pretty china cups.
