Okay, I need to get that iPod/mp3 player/whatever soon. There's someone who sits near me in the office with a loud voice and a terrible demeanor. I can't believe someone would complain about me, but she is downright hostile to her callers on an hourly basis. She talks super fast, sighs at them, and uses super condescending tones. Sometimes she gets into shouting matches with her callers! It's horrible to listen to. I've complained, other people have complained, and I really wish this person's super would do something. Sheesh. If I had headphones, I could block more of the voice. Sadly, the sound card on this machine is fried and I have no recourse.

Today's my six year LJ anniversay. Go me. I've never kept a journal so long without destroying it. Though, reading my old entries embarasses me endlessly. I am such a pretentious jerk sometimes, and a really overwrought writer at times. Back in 2001, I bought a permanent LJ account during one of those sales they had to raise capital, way back in the day. I hoped I would keep using it for four more years, because it only cost me $100. I have to say, it really was one of the best hundred dollars I've ever spent. LJ has been good to me overall, and my life is a fuller one thanks to many LJ peoples. Happy anniversay LJ of mine.
