I recently rediscovered one of my all time favorite recipes, so I'm contemplating some serious baking tonight. Maybe I'll do sit ups while the stuff is in the oven, because I'm sure just being around that much butter, sugar and chocolate will cause instant weight gain. Mmmm chocolate almond truffle bars of DOOM!

I'm contemplating making a big batch for my upcoming unit meeting. I'll bring extra to share. :D They are so good. I haven't made these in close to four years!
