My enormous accomplishment of the evening - chocolate butter cake with dark cherries and a chocolate cherry ganache glaze. I am so cool. I love my new cake pan.

I got it at HEB actually. It's an angelfood cake pan that is the kind with the two pieces. I love love love it.

The funny part is my roommate refuses to eat it because it has cherries in it. Sheesh.

anyhow, I'm bringing it to work, so if you find a plate and utensil you are more than welcome to some.
