where is my damned vicodin?

The pain continues this morning. I made it through the night thanks to a sleeping pill. The over the counter painkillers aren't doing shit for me at this point. Where is House when I need him? I could use some vicodin. The left side of my face hurts, and my ear is starting to hurt. I am wondering if I have an infection, as someone suggested yesterday.

I just have to hold out until 1:45pm, as I can see my doctor then. I called out from work, because I'm in way too much pain to even think about talking to clients on the phone. My hands shake a little from it.

Ouch. Hope they figure out the problem, and give you good meds. Do I remember you saying something about liver problems? That means no Tylenol (or ought to), so maybe you can talk them out of some stronger stuff.

Anyway, I can definitely sympathize. Face/tooth pain is the worst. I had to beg my dentist to get my root canal done two days before Thanksgiving last year, cause I didn't want to have to imitate the dogs and be all sad-eyed watching everyone else eat a feast.
