Yoga is interesting. I'm surprised at how much I enjoy it. Perhaps because ninety minutes of yoga seems to be equivalent to one xanax. Hah. But really, it is interesting and physically pleasurable. I talked to the instructor about my hip pain, and it seems to be a side effect of already being extremely flexible. (Comparatively speaking, I suppose.) The only person more bendy than me is the ballerina girl. I knew she was a dancer before she even introduced herself. You can never mistake a ballerina for a gymnast or anything else once you see the feet.

Maybe that explains some of my strange aches and pains. I'm rather bendy, myself. In fact, my neurologist suggested that I could have the most mild form of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. There are several forms; the worst causing severe joint or even organ disfunction and death, but the more mild forms just cause loose joints.

I'm not sure if I really have that, because I've never had any real issues, but I do tend to bruise easily and bend in ways that a lot of people can't.

Who knows...
