pistachio salad at last

I have at long last learned how to make one of my most favorite foods ever. Also, HEB is selling a premade version of this in the deli section, so even if I am too lazy to mix things in a bowl, I can still revel in my delicious bizarre food heritage.

Pistachio Salad

- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
- 1 tub of Cool whip
- about a cup of miniature marshmallows
- about a half cup of chopped pistachios and/or walnuts
- one can of crushed pineapple bits

Combine pudding mix and pineapples. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate.
