It's pouring outside, thunder and so much water we might all drift away. I like it. It can keep doing this for awhile now. As soon as it stops raining, it is going to get hot.

Kirby gave me the best gift today. Her grandmother was extremely fond of Marshmallow Peeps, and at some point gave kirby a charm bracelet with plastic Peep charms! She found it tucked away at home, and put it on my desk this morning. It was kind of funny to see Mulder decked out in peeps. I've attached them to my work badge now.

In a wonder of absurdity, I have been carrying so much tension over this week that I can barely turn my head to the side. Seriously. I'm amazed. It made my work day very difficult. I'm working on trying to ramp this down, but there are a few too many things that are stressful right now.

Heating pad and xanax.

In this case less for the head stress? And more to help relax your muscles. A side of tylenol wouldn't hurt either, but until the muscles relax---

I think you should go get a massage. It won't solve the stress problem, but it might work out the knots in your body enough that you get some relief.
