If the apartment wasn't so awesome, the experience today with the employee in the office would keep me from renting there entirely. What a bitch. (she wasn't just rude to us either.) I am going to complain on Monday morning. I've never wanted to get someone fired before, but I think I might try to get this woman. Crikey.

This day is hard. I hope tonight will be better.
