It was good I decided to stay home today. I noticed water leaking down the wall in the living room. The maintenance guys recaulked the edge of the tub but I have suspicions that it is a pipe problem and our ceiling will crash in, like last time. Scrolling back I remembered it started with a re-caulking that time too. I remain skeptical. The best part of this entire ordeal was leaving a bright pink dildo out on my bathroom counter. When I heard the maintenance guys snickering I knew exactly what I forgot to put away. Oops.

Reading back through all those pre-wedding entries is weird.

Yesterday afterI had my crying spell, Mike checked the mail. My Wanderlust piece from Kythryne arrived. I was floored. It's Prague, all captured in stone and glass and wire. There are even tiny silvery green leaves, like the linden trees! One of the center components is quartz-like with golden spikes inside and it reminds me of the Sunday morning light. It's unbelievable, and perfect. It fits right around my neck as if it was molded to my shape. I can feel it, but only in the comforting sort of way. I am waiting til she puts up the gallery, so I can link to the picture.

I can see why you're collaborating with Kythryne to describe some of her pieces, you do it so eloquently.

BTW, would you mind bringing my camera tomorrow? I need to take some photos of a couple of Abbi's old Halloween costumes and post them on ebay. You could put it in my top right-hand drawer, as I leave it open.
