Today autumn came, with rain. This afternoon, some of the sun was visible, though the wind is hard from the north. The clouds are grey, violet and blue on their undersides. The tops reflect the sun as white fire, like breaking waves. Far beyond, the real sky is pale empty blue.

I think all of me, and my moods, is summed up in the sky. It is a very fanciful idea, but one that speaks to my connection to here and there.

Thank the gods, it's finally starting to feel like October. I'm just glad there was a nice rain, but no scary/really dangerous weather.
