It's so nice, to have a job but not have an office.

I didn't write anything earlier, for superstitious fear of jinxing myself. But the papers are tucked in a folder in my bag and now the offer is official. I have a job with Bazaar Voice, just part time and working from home. Part of me is excited and interested in getting back into the ecommerce world I accidentally fell into ages ago. Things have grown quite a bit since I left. It's fascinating to see how quickly social networking has developed social commerce.

Aside from that twenty four hours a week, I'll still be writing and reading and making pies.

Since you seem to have some good luck going, cross your fingers for me? I'm in the middle of something completely frivolous and unnecessary, but I really really want it to work out. Time will tell.
